From confirmation of your order by KAY KRAFT to receipt of the package at your doorstep, you can track the status of your order -online.

Track your shipment

You should have received your tracking number via email. Please note that you will not be able to track your package until we have handed the package over to FedEx/DHL or Other Courier Service.

All of our international shipments are handled by FedEx/DHL. You can track your order now by entering your FedEx/DHL tracking number in the field provided.
All of domestic (Bangladesh) shipments are handled by Local Courier Service providers. You can track your order by visiting local courier’s web site entering your Tracking Number in the field provided by them.
If you do not have your tracking number, please contact us. We will email you back with your tracking number so that you can check the status of your package.
